Two Worcester storefronts with apartments, including a bar now known as Beths’ on Grafton Hill, have been sold for just over $1 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
In a deal closed Jan. 10, an entity registered to Joshua Therrien bought 267-275 Grafton St.
Therrien, the buyer, is a property specialist and real estate investor with Prestige Property Management LLC, whose Massachusetts headquarters are in Gardner. Therrien is also the founder and CEO of Make-A-Change Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing opportunities for foster children.
The storefront at 271 Grafton St. was the site of Diamond Inn the Rough bar, but changed names to Beths’ on Grafton Hill after the Diamond Inn owners sold the two properties in 2020. They sold for $900,000 in the 2020 sale.
Beths’ posted on its Facebook page it was under new ownership on Jan. 6 after an interior remodeling. A salesperson at Beths’ confirmed the bar would remain open despite the sale.
The property at 275 Grafton St. has previously housed an accounting firm. In total, there are 11 residential units included in the two buildings.
