Milford Federal Savings and Loan Association promoted Michael DiCicco of Milford to branch administration officer.
He will be responsible for planning and directing operations at each branch as well as recommending policies, procedures and objectives for banking offices.
DiCicco joined Milford Federal in 1998 as a management trainee. He has been a member of the Miford Rotary Club since 2004 and served as president in 2007-2008.
DiCicco holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Framingham State College, and recently graduated from the American Bankers Association National School of Banking.
