The new 60,000-square-foot space at 800 Research Drive in Southgate Business Park in Leominster marks a major expansion for the company previously located at 213 Nashua St. in Leominster. The new facility will allow the company to expand while streamlining engineering and manufacturing operations, Process Cooling Systems President Ted Rudy said.

The company has 65 employees at its facilities in Massachusetts and South Carolina. With this expansion, it plans to add more employees immediately in all areas of the business, including engineering, manufacturing and service, although the company declined to give specific numbers.
The new facility was designed by ahp Architects of Lowell and built by Construction Dynamics of Clinton.
