The Princeton Review, the test preparation company in Framingham, announced that Christian Kasper will be the company’s new chief financial officer in August replacing CFO and COO Stephen Richards, who is retiring.
The company will not fill the COO position as those responsibilities will be divided up among the executive team, which includes the head of Penn Foster, another test preparation company Princeton Review bought late last year.
Kasper is new to the company and previously worked for Lifetime Brands Inc., Syratech Corp. and AlixPartners LLP.
