The Princeton Review Inc. in Framingham has completed the $4-million sale of its Community College Partnerships business to Higher Education Partners LLC.
The Princeton Review founded CCP last year to work with community colleges around the country. Higher Education Partners LLC was founded by former Princeton Review CEO Michael Perik.
The Princeton Review will now count CCP as a discontinued operation in its accounting.
