Price Chopper Opens In Gardner
A 60,000-square-foot Price Chopper supermarket opened for business today in Gardner, the grocery chain announced.
The store, located at 560 Main St., is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program. Price Chopper held an event Monday evening to raise $3,000 for several area nonprofits, including Heywood Hospital.
Price Chopper now has 11 stores in Central Massachusetts, according to its website, including one being built in Webster.
