A real estate trust based in Littleton has paid $3.15 million for a nearly 20,000-square-foot office on Bearfoot Road in Northborough.
The new owner of 100 Bearfoot Road is the Monocled Tycoon Real Estate Trust, with an address of 537 Great Road in Littleton. The trust bought the site from a limited liability company registered to Daniel Sweeney, of the same Boxborough address as the family-owned construction firm Sweeney Drywall Finishes Corp., where Daniel Sweeney is the president.
The business services company Ricoh USA was leasing 13,200 square feet of the building at the time of the sale, according to Aho Properties of Arlington, which represented the seller. The deal closed April 9.
The site, which spans more than four acres, last sold in 2015 for $1.35 million. It was last assessed by the Town of Northborough at nearly $1.7 million.
