A former manufacturing facility in Worcester is on the foreclosure auction block.
The Zekos Group, a Shrewsbury auctioneer, will hold the sale on Dec. 19 at 1 p.m. at 95-99 Prescott St.
The 31,647-square-foot brick warehouse on a 1.4-acre site is located a short walk from Worcester Polytechnic Institute's Gateway Park and the mixed-use Washburn & Moen mill building on Grove Street.
The building is partially occupied and features industrial space, offices, more than 20 garage bays, freight elevator, loading dock and rear parking area.
The property, which is assessed at $790,000, is being sold as is. It sits among research, innovation and commerce centers including WPI, Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives, Courtyard by Marriott and Hampton Inn & Suites.
Terms of the sale include a deposit of $25,000 that must be paid by certified or bank cashier's check to register to bid at the time of sale. An addition deposit of $25,000 will be due within 24 hours of the sale. A closing must be scheduled within 45 days.
