An expanding Precision Digital Corp. has moved from Natick and has leased 12,000 square feet at 89 October Hill Rd. in Holliston.
According to Wayland-based commercial real estate firm R.W. Holmes Realty, the company moved in order to accommodate growth and to be more centrally located for its employees. Precision Digital designs, develops, sells and distributes digital devices used in industrial facilities.
R.W. Holmes represented both Precision Digital and the property’s landlord, 89 October Hill LLC, in the transaction.
