Precision Digital of Holliston has acquired a building in nearby Hopkinton for $5.35 million.
The company, represented as 227-229 South Street LLC, purchased the commercial building at 227-233 South St. in Hopkinton..
R.W. Holmes Realty said Monday that the 43,000-square-foot, multi-tenanted building will be renovated by Precision Digital Corp., which will occupy 21,000 square feet. The building sits on 12 acres.
Precision Digital of Holliston, established in 1974, makes and distributes digital panel meter devices.
According to R.W. Holmes,Jeffrey Peters, president of Precision Digital, “indicated the property is a great corporate headquarters building for the continuous growth of his company.”
R.W. Holmes Realty represented both buyer and seller in the transaction. John Eysenbach, executive vice president of the Wayland realty, represented the seller, Mar S. Maple Realty Trust. Craig S. Johnston, senior vice president of R.W. Holmes, procured and represented the buyer.
