The 270-unit project called Modera Framingham will begin pre-leasing units on July 1 with expectations it will open late this summer.
The six-story apartment complex at 266 Waverly Street, within a short walking distance to the commuter rail station, is approaching completion, according to representatives of Florida-based Mill Creek Residential, which is developing the property. Units range from studio to three bedrooms.
Pricing for the units has not yet been announced, but the units come with a number of amenities to include a fitness studio, dog park, club house, cyber cafe and game room.
The Mill Creek Residential group has residential properties throughout the United States with local locations including Modera Hopkinton and Modera Natick Center.
Once it opens, Modera Framingham will join a number of other residential projects in Framingham, including a recently announced 129-unit, 55-plus housing development on the former Millwood Farms Golf Course in Framingham and the 196-unit Alta Union House on Concord Street opened last year.
