The Milford Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a variety of politicians to speak their minds at a government affairs luncheon on Nov. 13 from 11:30 to 1:15 p.m.
The politicians and policy experts invited to attend are:
- Massachusetts State Treasurer and gubernatorial hopeful Timothy Cahill
- Sen. Scott P. Brown, R-Wrentham
- Sen. Michael O. Moore, D-Worcester
- Sen. Richard T. Moore, D-Uxbridge
- Sen. Karen Spilka, D-Ashland
- Rep. Jennifer M. Callahan, D-Sutton
- Rep. Carolyn C. Dykema, D-Holliston
- Rep. John V. Fernandes, D-Milford
- Rep. David P. Linsky, D-Natick
- Rep. George N. Peterson Jr., R-Grafton
- Rep. Richard J. Ross, R-Wrentham
- Rep. James E. Vallee, D-Franklin
- Paul Matthews, executive director of the MetroWest/495 Partnership
The speakers are expected to give their take on what’s being done to assist businesses in the region.
The event will be held at the Doubletree Hotel at 11 Beaver St. in Milford. The cost to attend is $30 for chamber members and $45 for non-members.
