Politics in the office

It may not be just the manager's bad attitude that makes employees feel uncomfortable at work. In a national survey by Harris Interactive for The Marlin Co., 26 percent of people polled said they did not identify with the political culture of their company. Moreover, nearly a quarter of employees polled said their managers expressed their political views at work. While 76 percent of employees aged 18 to 34 said they were comfortable sharing their political views at the office, only  64 percent of workers 50 and older claimed to take part in discussions.
