The Polish National Home Association Banquet Hall in Grafton was sold for redevelopment on Thursday for $635,000, according to Realtor Andrew Murray of A. Murray Real Estate, LLC of Worcester, who represented the buyer.
The buyer was a corporation registered to Michael Labbe, owner of All Phase Glass Corp. of South Grafton. Labbe did not immediately return a voicemail requesting information about his intention for the site.
Barbara Rybicki of RE/MAX Executive Realty represented the seller, The Polish National Home Association of South Grafton Mass.
The 8,000-square-foot structure at 7 Main St., was built in 1934 according to the Grafton Board of Assessors and sits on 1.2 acres of land. The property is assessed by the Town of Grafton for $483,900.
The banquet hall was shut down permanently in 2020 due to COVID, according to the local news website, Grafton Common.
