The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission has scheduled a series of public meetings to discuss traffic problems in the state’s south central region.
Planners at the meetings will also be seeking feedback on the availability and adequacy of public transportation, suggested improvements to roadways and intersections, train service, sidewalks and bike networks.
The CMRPC is conducting the meetings in conjunction with the Central Massachusetts Metropolitan Planning Organization and is doing so in response to significant population and commute time increases over the last 30 years.
The meetings are being held over the next two weeks in Sutton, Shrewsbury, Oxford, Worcester and Princeton. Click here for the schedule.
