Planet Technologies Inc., a Ridgefield-based company that sells allergy remedies online, said it will acquire a Midwest manufacturer of allergenic extracts. Under the agreement, Planet will acquire all the outstanding equity of Liberty, Mo.-based Antigen Laboratories for $10 million. Antigen provides allergenic extracts to roughly 1,500 physicians worldwide, who use them to test for patients’ allergies.
