Plainville Co. Adds Bellingham Location
Disaster restoration company J. Brian Day of Plainville is opening a new location in Bellingham, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. of Marlborough, which represented owner John Day in buying the new building.
The new location is at 240 Maple St., in a 20,000-square-foot building.
Day bought the property for $1.25 million from Middlesex Federal Bank, which had foreclosed on a previous owner, according to Greater Boston Commercial Properties. Along with the existing building, the property includes a pad site for a second industrial building, which was previously permitted at 30,000 square feet.
The seller was represented in the deal by R.W. Holmes Co.
J. Brian Day offers restoration for properties damaged by smoke and fire, water and mold.
