Unitil donated energy detectors to Fitchburg Public Library to loan to patrons. The devices help measure how many kilowatts per hour various home appliances use.
Westborough-based data analytics company Chitika raised more than $1,300 for Boston Children's Hospital, hosting an all-day game-a-thon.
