- Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts, based in Leominster, donated $55,000 to the community’s Spanish-American Center to provide hot meals for families living in hotels.
- The Foundation for MetroWest in Natick awarded a grant to Fruitlands Museum in Harvard to support three free admission days and family programs to celebrate the museum’s 100th year.
- Fidelity Bank of Leominster donated $296,388 to more than 150 community organizations, events and causes in Central Massachusetts during 2014, up from $250,000 in 2013.
