Volunteers from IC Federal Credit Union of Fitchburg joined with other volunteers from Slattery's Restaurant in the city at the Boys & Girls Club of Leominster to provide a meal for neighbors in need, as well as homeless families living in shelters.

The 22nd annual R.F. Wood Kids Classic Golf Tournament was held at Marlborough Country Club to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest. More than $40,000 was raised. MutualOne Bank of Framingham donated $6,500 to MetroWest Legal Services, based in Framingham.
Fidelity Bank of Leominster donated $39,194 to the SHINE Initiative, a nonprofit started by bank employees to raise awareness about mental health issues.
Worcester-based wealth management firm Bartholomew & Co. started a charity fund with the Greater Worcester Community Foundation to provide grants to nonprofit groups.
Hudson-based Avidia Bank donated $2,000 to the Fannie Proctor Elementary School in Northborough.
