Phio Pharmaceuticals extends Marlborough lease

Phio Pharmaceuticals at the Marlborough Technology Center
Life sciences company Phio Pharmaceuticals has extended its lease in the Marlborough Technology Center at 257 Simarano Drive.
Phio leases 7,500 square feet at the Marlborough Technology Center, which itself is about 70,000 square feet. The lease extension was announced this week by O'Brien Commercial Properties of Concord, which represented landlord 257 Simarano LLC in the lease extension.
Phio announced just this month its CEO, Geert Cauwenbergh, will step down at the end of February. COO & President Gerrit Dispersyn will take his place effective March 1.
The company rebranded itself last fall from RXi Pharmaceuticals.
