Gardner gun maker H&R 1871 LLC has chosen a Philadelphia-based commercial real estate firm to sell its Industrial Row property.
Binswanger is an international real estate firm and said it will market the 131,003-square-foot building to manufacturers, wholesale and retail organizations, transportation and warehousing companies and others.
The building includes a 25,000-square-foot office suite, manufacturing space and warehouse space.
H&R 1871 is a subsidiary of the Remington Arms Co., which bought H&R early this year and announced in April that it would close the Gardner plant.
