Communication Solutions Partners of Southwick and Milford has hired Mike Lata as an account executive and promoted Melissa Derouin to manage its back-office operations.
CSP is the communications division of business automation company Whalley Computer Associates.
Lata has more than 25 years of experience in the communications industry, most recently as an account executive at telecommunications firm Paetec. He has also worked for SBC Communications and CTC Communications.
Derouin has worked for Whalley for 15 years, starting as a sales associate and then becoming executive assistant to Paul Whalley, president of CSP and vice president of Whalley.
