Perini Gets New Civil Division Head
Framingham construction giant Perini Corp. has named James M. Laing as president of its civil division in Peekskill, N.Y.
Laing will lead East Coast civil operations for the company in road, bridge, transit, rail and other infrastructure work over the next few years. He will report to James "Jack" Frost, president of civil operation.
Laing previously worked for Tutor-Saliba Corp., which Perini recently acquired. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Southeastern Massachusetts University.
