Hudson-based Avidia Bank has promoted Neil E. Buckley to senior vice president for risk, security and compliance and Jill Mollica to cash management officer.
Buckley joined the Bank in 2001 as the retail banking manager and was promoted to vice president and security officer in 2004, in addition to his retail banking duties. He was promoted to risk and security officer in 2008. He graduated from Bentley.
Mollica came to Avidia in 2008 as a cash management analyst and has assumed various duties in the department prior to her promotion. She graduated from Clark University.
Northborough-based Baesis Inc. has hired Steven Rosendahl, James Raciot and Len Diana. Rosendahl is director of professional services; Raciot is a senior account representative and Diana is marketing and sales manager. Prior to joining Baesis, Rosendahl served as director of information technology for Boston Biomedical Associates. Raciot was previously sales manager at Printer Pro Solutions. Diana previously worked at CRDN.
