Deb Daviau has joined Fallon Health as director of outreach for the Worcester health insurer's NaviCare program. Daviau is responsible for overseeing efforts to grow and support NaviCare, an integrated program for adults ages 65 and older. Daviau has more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience. She was formerly director of sales and marketing for Cambridge-based Senior Whole Health.
