The Training Associates of Westborough hired Linda Phaneuf and Scott Tate. Phaneuf will serve as a sales consultant, servicing the banking and financial markets. Tate is the company’s new senior director of marketing. Phaneuf previously worked for WJM Enterprises in Northbridge. Tate previously served as director of product marketing at Dimensional Insight in Burlington
