Fallon Health has named Emily West senior vice president and chief operating officer. She is responsible for overseeing all operational areas, including member enrollment, billing, claims administration, customer service and business support solutions. West joined Fallon in 1989 and has held various leadership roles within the company.
Laurie Downes was named a director to the board of Venture Community Services in Sturbridge, formerly RRI. Downes, a registered nurse, is an associate professor of nursing at Elms College.
