Framingham Co-operative Bank promoted Steven M. Sousa, Michael Semizoglou, Brien Maginnis, Michael J. Bilinsky Jr., Kimberly Sambuchi, Rahnuma Habib,Richard M. Reder, Yasmine Ouweijan and Diane M. Gallien.
Sousa was promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Semizoglou, who joined the bank's commercial lending team in 2008 as assistant vice president, was promoted to vice president. Maginnis was promoted from vice president/controller to senior vice president/controller. Bilinsky, a business development officer, was promoted to vice president/business development officer. Sambuchi was promoted from electronic banking manager to assistant vice president. Habib, human resources manager, was also named assistant vice president. Reder, a credit officer, is also a new assistant vice president. Ouweijan, a branch manager, was also named assistant vice president. Gallien was named assistant treasurer. She had previously served as the bank's accounting manager.
