Southbridge-based Harrington HealthCare System has hired Joseph J. Klimavich as vice president of public relations and marketing, a new position. Klimavich holds a master’s degree in professional communications from Clark University’s College of Continuing and Professional Education, where he has also served as an adjunct faculty member. He was previously vice president of communication for Hometown Bank in Oxford.
