Juliette Kayyem has joined Framingham-based Rave Mobile Safety as a member of the campus and public safety mobile software company’s advisory board. Kayyem was most recently the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s assistant secretary for intergovernmental affairs and is currently a faculty member at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
