Kristin Mattson of Princeton was hired as director of homecare for GVNA HealthCare Inc. in Gardner. She most recently worked as director of rehabilitation development for Masonic Health System/Overlook Visiting Nurse Association in Charlton. Mattson has a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn.
Judith M. Pare was hired as dean of nursing and health sciences, a new program at Becker College in Worcester and Leicester. A Worcester native, Pare previously served in various capacities at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, most recently as associate dean of nursing and chief nursing administrator, as well as the graduate program director and director of external partnerships for nursing and health professions. Pare has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Salem State University in Salem and a Ph.D. in education from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minn.
