R. Hector F. Simosa was hired by Worcester-based Reliant Medical Group's Department of Vascular Surgery. He will see patients at Saint Vincent Hospital and Southboro Medical Group. Simosa received his medical degree from Escuela de Medicina "Luis Razetti" at La Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela.
Jeffrey W. Hillis, president of AdCare Hospital in Worcester, was named chair of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems (NAPHS) Addiction Treatment Committee. Hillis is also a member of the NAPHS Board of Trustees. He holds a bachelor's degree from Stonehill College, and a juris doctor and MBA from Suffolk University.
