Two corporations, both registered to Barry Rynearson, the CFO of Pennsylvania’s Heller Capital Group, purchased two adjacent lots, totaling just over 2 acres, at 44 and 56 Industrial Drive in Uxbridge for $7.6 million.
The property at 56 Industrial Drive was last sold in 2020 by the owners of Uxbridge manufacturer, A & J Industries, to 56 Industrial Drive Realty Trust and trustee Ronald Parsons for $2 million.
TSC RE LLC, registered to Rynearson and Heller Investment Holdings LLC, bought the property on July 26 for $6.4 million, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
The smaller property at 44 Industrial Drive was sold by 56B Industrial Drive Realty Trust and trustee Cynthia LaFrance to 48 Industrial, LLC for just shy of $1.3 million.
Together, the properties are assessed for just over $2 million by the Town of Uxbridge.
Heller Capital did not return a request for information about their plans for the site.
