The Pennsylvania Steel Co. Inc. has leased 13,823 square feet at 312 Main St. in Hudson to house as a transfer depot to serve greater Boston.
According to Thomas Davis, a broker with the 495 Realty Group Inc. of Hudson, the 65,000-square-foot building was about half-occupied before Pennsylvania Steel signed its lease. The company’s New England division is based in Naugatuck, Conn.
The Katz Cos. of Worcester represented Penn. Steel in the lease transaction.Â
The building is owned by Main and Tower Partners LLC, which purchased the building from R & R Realty Trust in February for slightly less than $3 million.
