The Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) said Tuesday that single-family homes put under agreement in June were up 37 percent over June 2014.
It was the 27th time in the last 28 months that pending sales were higher than they were a year earlier.
There were 7,316 pending single-family home sales this June in Massachusetts, compared with 5,349 in June 2014. The median price in the state was $375,000, up almost 3 percent over June 2014’s $364,900.

Condominiums put under agreement in June were also up sharply — 33 percent — over June 2014. The median price was $330,000, down 0.6 percent from June 2014’s $332,000.
MAR’s Future Home Sales Indicators Report also includes results from the Realtor Market and Price Confidence indexes. The Market Confidence Index, at 78.47, was 23 percent higher than June 2014’s 63.89, while the price index was essentially the same as a year earlier.
