The number of homes put under agreement for sale rose for the seventh consecutive month in November compared to last year, according to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
Pending home sales were up 5.2 percent last month with 3,580 homes being put under agreement compared to 3,404 last year. On a month-to-month basis, the figure is down compared to 3,857 homes put under agreement in October.
The number of condominiums put under agreement rose 7 percent, from 1,251 last year to 1,333 this year.
