Part Of Leominster Condo Project Sold

A Brighton company has purchased 33 condominiums in Leominster’s Central Village development for $1.1 million.

The company, 740 Central LIS LLC, is run by Robert Finnegan and was represented by Peter Vaillancourt of Vaillancourt Realty Group in Concord. It bought the condominiums from Central Village Acquisition Trust II, which was represented by Rob Beland of Apex Properties of Leominster.

Central Village Acquisition retained ownership of another 19 units at the development, which Apex Properties will market separately.

Central Village is a nine-building complex on 7.25 acres. It was built in 1972 and converted to condos in 1986.
