Lou Papadellis will be director of golf operations for Shining Rock Golf Club when the semi-private club in Northbridge opens in April.
Papadellis previously worked as a pro shop manager at Hopkinton Country Club. Before that, he was the owner and manager of Golf Unlimited, a retail store in Ashland.
In his new position, he will organize outings, run tournaments, oversee league play and work to add members to the club.
Papadellis lives in Hopkinton and is a graduate of Boston College.
