Worcester-based Paid Inc. has signed an agreement with International Security Inc. (ISI) and its subsidiary Mixed Martial Arts International LLC (MMAI), both of Miami.
The terms of the agreement call for Paid Inc. to provide VIP ticket packages and merchandising for a variety of martial arts events worldwide. Paid Inc. will also manage the VIPFightFans.com membership club and market combat adventure and training camps. Within the agreement, Paid is to provide website design and management for all partnership projects.
Paid and ISI anticipate starting with a small amount of mixed martial arts events in Q1 of 2007, and then building the program to incorporate events on both the national and international level.
ISI is a privately-held firm, and specializes in security solutions for a variety of services, including armored vehicles and counter-terrorism traning. Paid Inc. provides celebrity sevices such as fan experience packages, ticketing, and other fan club services.
