Pa. firm buys Wachusett Animal Hospital property for $4M

The Wachusett Animal Hospital and Pet Retreat site in Westminster
A Pennsylvania real estate firm has paid $4 million to buy the land on which the Wachusett Animal Hospital and Pet Retreat sits and an adjacent lot in Westminster.
The buyer, Terravet Real Estate Solutions, is a buyer of veterinary properties.
The seller was Syndey Ventures, a limited liability corporation registered to Katherine and Mark Ransom of Winchendon. The sale closed Dec. 11.
The two adjacent sites at 29 and 33 Theodore Drive total 4.4 acres and were last assessed by the Town of Westminster at a combined $2.5 million.
