Oxford firm leases 3,000 sq. ft. in Millbury
Pairoducks Properties, LLC leased this office space at 145 Providence St. in Millbury.
Worcester real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky announced it has leased 3,000 square feet of office space in Millbury.
The office at 145 Providence St. has been leased to Pairoducks Properties, LLC, which was formed in February by Stephen Horvath, based out of his residence in Oxford.
David Cohen, vice president of Kelleher & Sadowsky, said Pairoducks doesn’t want to announce anything further until it moves its company to the space after it is renovated.
