A mixed-use building located at 51 Hamilton St. in Worcester containing a nail salon studio and an apartment has been sold to a Southborough-based corporation.
The 35-year-old building was sold Monday to SS Enterprises LLC of Southborough for $690,000, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.
SS Enterprises’ manager is Dr. Sunit Jain, according to filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth. Jain is a practicing dentist in Springfield, according to the National Provider Identifier maintained by the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
The sellers were Annie Do and Sua Ngo, who have owned the property since 2005, according to City of Worcester property records. Do is the principal owner of Fingers & Toes, the nail salon located in the building, according to records found on the Better Business Bureau’s website. A listed phone number for Fingers & Toes was not in service when WBJ attempted to reach the company on Monday.
In addition to the 1,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor, the second floor houses an apartment. The apartment is 1,500 square feet and contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms, according to an Apartments.com listing.
The tax assessment value for the property was $360,100 in 2023, according to City of Worcester records.
