An entity registered to Jonathan Crandall, owner of Danvers landscaping firm JC Grounds Management, has purchased a storage site and residential duplex in Littleton for $2.2 million.
Crandall, who bought the properties through a corporation called CMH Littleton LLC, will use the industrial property for his landscaping business as well as operate the storage and rental business at the site, according to Joel Aho, president of Marlborough’s Aho Properties, who represented Crandall.
The lots at 205 and 215 Taylor St. are just less than 1.5 acres combined. The deal was completed in October, according to Aho.
The seller of 205 Taylor St. was the Kenney Realty Trust. The sellers of 215 Taylor St. were trustees of the Kenney Realty Trust, Kristen and David Lelievre, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
The Town of Littleton assesses the properties for $919,500.
JC Grounds Management provides full-service landscaping and snow removal to most of Massachusetts east of Worcester, not including Cape Cod, according to the company’s website.
