We don’t get paid unless you save!

OverVIEW will save your company money. The "VIEW" in OverVIEW is an acronym for voice, internet, electric, and wireless. "Very simply put, we sell dollar bills for 25 cents," explains Ben Hall, CEO and Founder. OverVIEW is contracted on a contingency basis and regularly finds a 40 to 60 percent savings on their clients’ utilities.

They do what most business owners find frustrating - shopping around for the service they need at a price they like. A completed findings report from OverVIEW offers a renegotiated price from a company’s current provider, plus the best two alternative bids. The goal is to present the options, weigh the client’s service requirements, and assist in the implementation process.

"The service sells itself," says Hall. "There’s a 45- to 90-day return on investment for everything I do." And in a region that faces the highest utility costs in the country, savings are most welcome. "If a plan does not makes sense for the client," he adds, "there is no fee. We are paid on performance."

OverVIEW works best with customers seeking a specific cost savings. A recent client needed to invest $14,000 to upgrade their network. Hall and his team showed that by simply changing calling plans they could achieve the $14,000 in savings. Result: Another satisfied customer.

The OverView team offer clients more than 35 years’ experience in information technology, telecommunications, and energy. They know where to find significant savings beyond the marketing hype. OverVIEW can also find savings on other regularly contracted services, from payroll to janitorial supplies. If a business has more than 100 employees or more than $10 million in expenses, the firm’s ProfitQuest affiliate handles their work. Founded in 2000, ProfitQuest, Inc. specializes in expense management and recovery.

Through the ProfitQuest affiliation, OverVIEW uses the Alliance Cost Containment( process. Proprietary software creates a snapshot of a business’ purchasing patterns, establishes benchmarks, and then identifies achievable savings.

"Every dollar you spend is either an investment or an expense," Hall explains. "That’s why it is so important to find clients who want to be engaged in the process, who are interested in finding savings."

OverVIEW serves customers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Hampshire. With the addition of two more employees, this territory footprint will expand. Hall hired Doug Foster as Director of Corporate Development to create a systematic approach with sales representatives, adapting the best practices of top performers for sales training.

To provide another way to learn from others’ experiences, OverVIEW organized in February 2006 the Beechwood Forum "Success Series." Dedicated to business development through education, the series features a successful local entrepreneur each month. Held at Worcester’s Beechwood Hotel, the meetings also include consultants who share their expertise with the group. Business-to-business networking among Forum members concludes each session.

Says Hall: "The Beechwood Forum offers the missing link in B2B networking for already-developed businesses." He’s a firm believer that a few, deeper relationships are more valuable than many contacts. Members help each other grow their businesses by fostering an environment where professionals learn from the success of their peers.

Hall applies that same approach to community work. He is an active member of the Worcester, Corridor Nine, Fall River, and Milford Area Chambers of Commerce. In addition Hall serves on the board for the Webster, Dudley, Oxford Chamber and golf committee for the Make-a-Wish foundation. "Community is very important," Hall says. "I want to give as much as I can."
