OptiMA, a manufacturer of whiteboards, custom dry-erase boards and accessories, on Tuesday announced it will move into a new location that will triple the company’s manufacturing space.
The Shrewsbury company is moving less than 300 yards down the road to the new 34,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility, built to accommodate its growing whiteboard business. The move is planned for May.
The goal is to increase production, reduce lead-times and be up and running before the busy school buying season begins. Demands for products have been growing, the company said in a press release.
OptiMA sells its products directly to consumers on its e-commerce websites: MyWhiteBoards.com, WhiteBoardsEtc.com, MyVisualDisplay.com and PrintedDryErase.com.
