Jeffrey Naylor, chief administrative officer and senior executive vice president of discount retailer The TJX Cos. Inc. of Framingham, is adding his previous title of chief financial officer back onto his business cards.
Naylor will keep his current responsibilities as well, and will continue reporting to President and CEO Carol Meyrowitz.
Naylor joined the company in 2004 as CFO but switched titles in 2007, becoming chief administrative and business development officer.
Nirmal K. Tripathy took on the CFO role at that time, reporting to Naylor, but he resigned from the job to pursue other opportunities as of the end of January.
