All workplaces have a culture, and most have employees that don’t fit in with it. At least, that’s according to a new survey by Menlo Park, Cal.-based OfficeTeam, which found that 46 percent of administrative professionals have at one time or another misread a work environment and 59 percent of HR managers have misjudged how a new hire would acclimate to a company. Eighty-five percent of those managers said they have lost employees who did not work well within their company’s culture.
