A nearly 19,000-square-foot building at 40 Nagog Park in Acton has been sold for $1.5 million, O'Brien Commercial Properties announced Wednesday.

O'Brien Commercial Properties represented the buyer, Technology Point Properties LLC. The seller was Key Alliance LLC.

The building is mostly leased, with a lease available for a third-floor space of more than 3,100 square feet, O'Brien said.

The building last sold in 2011 for $1 million, according to town property records.

Technology Point Properties bought an adjacent building, 42 Nagog Park, in 2011 for $1.6 million.

The buildings are part of an office cluster off Route 2A that includes tenants SeaChange International, BAE Systems and Verizon.
