The former administrator for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services will join high-profile healthcare CEOs and executive from Central Massachusetts, including leaders of the region’s largest hospitals, to discuss the many ways the coronavirus pandemic has altered the way providers treat, interact with and manage their patients as part of an upcoming WBJ webinar on Tuesday, Dec. 8.
Topics will include not just the way healthcare delivery has changed, but also public policy changes, the impact of the 2020 election and how the pandemic has impacted the fields of mental and behavioral health, among others.
Donald Berwick, president emeritus and senior fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement will serve as the keynote speaker. Berwick formerly led the national Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services under President Barack Obama.
